The 150-200TPH stone crushing line includes GZD1500×6000 vibrating feeder, PE1200×1500 jaw crusher, two sets of GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder, four sets of PFW1318 European type impact crusher and four sets of 4YZS2460 vibrating screen.
The process is as follow. Stones whose size is smaller than 1020mm will be sent to vibrating feeder by dumper. Vibrating feeder will send stones to jaw crusher equably and jaw crusher crushes materials coarsely. The size of stones after crushed ranges from 150mm to 300mm, and then vibrating feeder will send materials to European type impact crusher for secondary crushing. Vibrating screen will screen suitable materials out and the stones with large size will be sent to impact crusher for reprocessing. And finished products will be sent to finished area at last.

Fault and troubleshooting of jaw crusher:
1. Causes of bearing overheating: insufficient lubricating grease; Excessive lubricating grease; Dirty and deteriorated lubricating grease; Bearing damage.
